ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We offer 1.6oz snap bar and 15mL perfume options so you can test our products before buying larger quantities.  We do not accept returns on any products unless we have made a mistake when shipping.  Everyone has a different sense of smell.  We encourage you to try a sample size before buying a larger quantity so you can smell and test our products in your own home and preferred space to see if the fragrance is agreeable to you and your preferences, as all sales are final. In order to maintain our high sanitary standards we regret that we are unable to accept returns. This protects all of our customers from the possibility of contamination, and there are no exceptions to this policy. We offer 1.6oz snap bar and 15mL perfume options to use as testers so you can test in your own home using your own warmers prior to purchasing a larger quantity. It is at your risk that you purchase a larger bottle without first testing. Our wax melts and perfumes are considered a specialty item.  We cannot take products of any nature back and resell them; therefore, we do not accept product returns.  We do not offer any type of product exchanges. Please try our 1.6oz snap bars or 15mL perfume options prior to purchasing a larger quantity.

Fragrances with the same name from different companies will more than likely smell different as we don’t purchase from the same manufacturers nor do we all purchase the same grade, or quality of fragrance oil.
